April is a busy month folks! We have a show every weekend in April and we can’t wait!! April 5th, 12th and 19th is at Roger Dean Stadium around 5:20pm before the games. April 25th will be at Jerry Thomas Elementary School for their annual festival! We hope to see y’all there 🙂

Join us for a two-hour open gym on February 22, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM in support of Coach Shereen’s participation in the Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Tickets are $30, with all proceeds going directly to the campaign to help create a world free of blood cancer. Summer camp registration is coming up. Registered students can begin signing up on Monday, February 3rd. Signups will begin Monday, February 17th if your child is not registered. You must call us at the gym and provide your email so you may sign up. As always, SPACE IS LIMITED and it is FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. We will send out a separate camp event calendar. You may sign up daily, weekly, half-day, or full-day. Updated camp prices are below and in the Summer Camp tab on the homepage.

This weekend we have two performances! Saturday, our Showteam will be performing at the Annual Harbourside Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30pm. Sunday is our Dolphins performance, which we are NOW PERFORMING AT 11AM, rather than the original time of noon. We hope to see you there!!!

Dolphin tickets are being sold at Keep Flippin! They are only $75, no taxes, for a guaranteed seat. It is Sunday, November 17th, Dolphins vs. Raiders. Our Showteam will perform at noon by the Don Shula statue. The game begins at 1pm. We hope to see you there!

Keep Flippin’ is thrilled to announce that our fantastic gymnastic Show Team will be performing at the Hard Rock Stadium for the Dolphins’ preshow performance for the Dolphins VS The Las Vegas Raiders. It will be Sunday, November 17th. The Show Team performs at noon by the Don Shula Statue by the South Gate. The game begins at 1:00 PM. 

Keep Flippin’ is going to be selling a limited number of tickets to attend this exciting football game. The tickets are $130 – no taxes or fees attached, and it is a guaranteed seat. We are in Sections 302-305 or 333-336. There are several parking options, including stadium parking, shuttles, and park & ride from the Hard Rock Casino.

Of course you love gymnastics, but do you love football too? Well, you can get a double whammy on Sunday, November 17th with a Miami Dolphins game AND a Showteam performance!

At 12pm, you can watch the Keep Flippin’ Showteam perform at the Hard Rock stadium and then at 1pm, watch the Miami Dolphins play the Raiders. We are also offering DISCOUNTED TICKETS to the football game; now is that a deal or what?
